From Journalist to Brand Strategist
I started as a sports reporter and columnist for the three-time Pulitizer Prize-winning Anchorage Daily News. (Don’t be impressed. I didn’t have much to do with those awards.) Alaska is a great place when you’re young. Because then you can enjoy the winters.
So, hello North Carolina! I transitioned into helping brands win, working at the Bouvier Kelly advertising agency and the Stealing Share brand firm for more than 20 years. COVID hit and it was time to take what I’ve learned and apply it to the digital world. For the past four years, I have served as the Senior Brand Strategist for eDesign Interactive, the messaging guru of a sort, on fractional basis.
We have created numerous award-wining websites that not only tell a story. They create a powerful emotional preference for the brands.
